Refund Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how Nasj Menu handles subscription refunds, billing corrections, downgrades, trials, and payment disputes. It applies to Nasj Menu platform subscriptions and does not replace any separate restaurant-to-guest refund rules.
1. Subscriptions
Nasj Menu subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period starts, unless required by law or we confirm that a platform issue materially prevented normal use of the paid service.
2. Trials and free plans
Free plans and trial access can be used to evaluate the service before paying. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the paid period is handled under the subscription rules above.
3. Cancellations and downgrades
You may cancel or downgrade according to the available account controls or by contacting support. Unless we state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current paid period.
4. Guest payments
If a restaurant enables guest card payments through a payment provider, refunds to diners are handled by the restaurant through that provider. Nasj Menu does not decide restaurant food, service, delivery, or chargeback outcomes.
5. Refund exceptions
We may approve a refund or account credit for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, accidental plan changes reported promptly, or verified service failures. Abuse, policy violations, or terminated accounts may be ineligible.
6. Request process
Refund requests should include the account email, restaurant name, invoice or payment reference, date, amount, and a short explanation. We review requests case by case and may ask for more information.
7. Contact
