Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Nasj Menu. By using the service for yourself or on behalf of a restaurant or organization, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have authority to do so.
1. Acceptance
You must follow these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any applicable plan or order terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Nasj Menu provides restaurant digital menus, QR links, ordering workflows, analytics, print tools, imports, data controls, and administration features. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, permitted users, and activity under your account. Tenant and role access must be granted only to authorized restaurant staff.
4. Restaurant content
Restaurants remain responsible for menu accuracy, prices, allergens, nutrition, images, legal notices, and published content. You grant Nasj Menu the rights needed to host, display, print, and process that content for the service.
5. Payments and plans
Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, and VAT tax invoices are issued through our accounting provider, subject to those providers' terms. Nasj Menu does not store full card numbers.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass authorization, attack the platform, upload malicious content, scrape without permission, violate law, or use Nasj Menu to infringe third-party rights.
7. Availability and maintenance
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, outages, vendor issues, or emergency security work may interrupt access. Maintenance mode may be used during upgrades.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal concerns, or violation of these Terms. Some data may remain as required for audit, legal, backup, or security purposes.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available and to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nasj Menu is not responsible for restaurant menu accuracy, customer decisions, third-party provider failures, or indirect losses.
